I have just started researching DBF out of curiosity as it has not affected my adult life. I think i my be unique and wanted to let people know my history. i was diagnosed with DBF when i was six weeks old. I was very ill and had blood transfusions, i was then put on predisone. I regulary had blood tests and check ups during this time. For some reason when i was 8 my mother stopped giving me the predisone when the doctor found out he was very upset and gave me tests etc. I have been perfectly healthy ever since with no medication .I am 34 and have 3 healthy children over the age of 6. I thought it would e benfical for parents and doctors to know my history.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
