My 16 year old daughter has been vomiting for over a month every day all day. She was hospitalized 3 weeks ago for 4 days. They did a CT scan and endoscopy. Everything showed normal. She still continues to vomit weather or not she eats, drinks, goes to school, stays home. The gastro at the hospital told me that she had rumination syndrome. After researching this syndrome I am not sure this is what she has. She has been to several different doctors and all they say is they could not find anything and send us on our way. A few lab test have shown that she does have high insulin levels but her gulcose is normal. An ultrasound showed a fatty liver. She continues to lose weight and is tired all the time. Her vomit is brown and smells terrible. She has seen several gastro's and an endo. Any suggestions please helpReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
