:confused:I have had this for 3yrs now. I have had a ct scan done because a foot doctor told me it was my sciatic nerve that was pinched,it wasnt that because i never heard back from doctor. I have been doing sciatic exercises for 3yrs to try and reduce the itching which is only temporary help. I smother biofreeze on my lower back the help freeze the nerve so i can get some sleep, even that is not helping anymore.Night time is the worst for itching the arch. I have also tryed arch supports, no luck. The crawling and itching can drive a person mad. Does anyone know what this could be, im at my wits end.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
