My father was diagnosed with Lyme Disease last summer in 2007. Unfortunately, he may have waited too long because after receiving a treatment of antibiotics, he currently feels joint pain and aches every single day. He is also dealing with chronic fatigue. My question is as follows: Would it be any benefit for my father to do daily (moderate or excessive) exercise to workout his joints? Also, should he modify his diet to help him recover from Lymes? He is currently trying to find a doctor who can assist in a long-term antibiotic treatment plan here in Minnesota.
