My son , 13 years old , is suffering severely due to stomach pain and vomitting since 4 years old.He has been diagnoised as Intestinal Malrotation and surgery has been done twice at the age of 8 years. But even after surgery , his condition is same as he was before surgery. He gets attack any time and lasts for 10 to 15 days to become normal.Attack comes in every month and last for 15 days. The attack starts by vomitting for 2 -3 days and aftereards stomach pain is there continously for 7-8 days time. He has been give IV fluid with pain killer. Recently he took vomit with blood and the same has been brought to control by hospitalising for 2 days and endoscopy done. He is underweight and no growth at all. His social life is affected and could not attend school.

I need help in diagnosing this problem and treatment for the same. Thanks
