Continuous shoulder pain

I've been having pain in my right shoulder for a few months now. I paid no mind to it until recently because it suddenly got much worse and happens more frequently. I feel a frictiony type of burning pain in it and it causes my middle finger to twitch like crazy. The pain will sometimes move down to my shoulder blade but usually eases up in a few hours. I believe it's a pinched nerve or something...Anyone have an idea?
