COLLAR BONE PAIN. Hi,I am a male aged 63. I have had pains in my shoulder and arm for weeks now, and the doctor is treating me for shoulder tendinitis. I had a cortisone injection a week ago , which hasn't really helped, but am in constant pain from my right collar bone, which is very very sore,, aches, and i have a burning sensation round my neck and collar bone. Have tried ice packs, and water bottle, but only very temporary relief!! Help can anybody advise me? Any contributions would be appreciated, as i feel like an invalid, unable even to put my socks on. Should i rest arm or exercise?. I love cycling, but that is now impossible, and even walking hurts.! And sleeping is a nightmare! :(Help!
