I was born with a dislocated hip, have mild scoliosis, injured tailbone as a teen. Now I'm age 38 and live with severe lower back pain. Any suggestions?

  • I have scoliosis. I had back surgery at 14 and have steel rods in my back. Believe me, I can know about lower back painTry lying on your back with a pilllow under your knees. It flatens out your back.
