hi my name is phil and im 16. its been 1 and 1/2 year since i have pain in my right upper forearm. theres also a lump on the upper right side of my right forearm. i been feeling pain everyday. this chronic pain prevents me from doing activities i love to do (for example: lifting weights). the doctor told me to massage my arm and to ice it. he also told me to reinforce it with small weights. the problem is even the smallest weights hurt my forearm. I have pain even when i wash my hair and i type on the keyboard. can u help figure out whats causing the pain and how to cure it once and for all.<
