Hi, I'm a 15 year old female and for the last 2 yrs i have benn suffering from severe fatigue. Every day afterskool i got to sleep for about 5 hrs, then wake up for 1-2 hrs n go back to sleep. The only way i make it thru skool is with help from my 60mg Adderal, which also helps control my hunger pain cuz when i'm hungry, i have stomach pain n nausea. The cause for my tiredness is not depression, as i am not depressed anymore and am on 20mg Lexabro for that. I also have had allergies for the last couple yrs. Last year i started to get horrible migranes once a week which i now take indirel(cant spell) for.
About 3 months ago i started to get severe abnominal pain. It worsens when i eat something. I get alot of gas but never any diarrhea or constipation. I also feel nausea alot, but i never vomit. Sometimes when i stand up i will feel very dizzy and get blurry vision, n my left ear will sound clogged. Lately, I have been having trouble sleeping, waking up frequently during the night. I always feel like i have no energy and sometimes my muscle and joints will ache. Lately i have had brittle teeth as i chipped my front tooth from biting my nails. (BTW i also have irregular, heavy, and painful menstruations)

I had a CT scan and MRI done which all showed up fine asides from an aracnoid cyst i have. I got bloodwork dont again recently and it came back fine except for the abnormal celiac chart. I go for an endoscpy next wk.
Could it just be Celiac's? or something else, since the stomach problems started long after my fatigue problems? Any suggestions???
