Chronic abdominal and chest pain

Hi! about five years ago I had an emergency surgery to remove a cancerous 7 pound ovarian tumor( I'm 24 now). I've since healed up, had a child, and moved on without any difficulty ( though I did had a small ovarian cyst come and go over time, but last checked two years ago it was gone). But for the last year I've been getting increasingly sharp pains in my abdomen on occassion, and for the last few months it's been accompanied by a huge amount of painful abdominal swelling that comes and goes, sharp chest pain that comes and goes, and increasing dizzyness.

I don't have much money, and the last time I saw a doctor she said she needed to run more super expensive tests to find out if anything's wrong ( of which I can't afford). So I wanted to know if there's any ideas as to if this might be something serious, or maybe something that might go away on it's own? Or possibly related to the surgery? I really really don't want to pay a doctor for millions of tests if it could be something simple. Any opinion is appreciated! :)

Thanks for reading!! :)
