Choking Feeling

Okay.
So I suffer from acne. Just mild, not bad or anything. I don't really care, and when I don't care, my skin clears up. I have acne on my body too. Back, and chest. That's it. I'm trying to get rid of it.

Anyways, I also have a crooked leg I think? When I was born I had to wear shoes that go up to my legs, like boots. To straighten it out. Anyways I don't have to do that anymore.

I also, just like a couple days ago, realized I had a skin disorder named ...I dont' remember but I do remember its called "Skin Writing" I just realized that. I thought I had hives, but I read more, and found out its called Skin Writing. All I do is just scratch, with a pencil, nail or anything. And couple minutes later, I have a bump where I scratched. Everywhere. Except my legs I think? Or lower body.

I've also, like, had this weird feeling. On my neck, I feel like someone is sticking their thumb in my throat or neck. And just pushing in. I've been having this choking feeling for a couple of days. Thats it. Also, once, like two days ago, I woke up with this pressure in my chest. Like, you know where your upper abs are? Maybe like an inch above that. That's where I felt the pressure. I'm not sure if it's because I put pressure there while I slept. But thing is, I also felt it during the day. Like someone is just pushing in with their hand. And right now I have the feeling on my neck.

No I do not get both pressure sensations at the same time.
It's one at a time.
And it's only happened like three or four times. Each.
I'm 14.
Average height.
Don't know if that helps.
Right now, I'm wearing a shirt that's a tad tight on my neck.
But applies no pressure on it.
Just covers my neck completely. I tried taking my shirt off and seeing if it's the shirt doing the pressure sensation on my neck. But it's not.
I do not have a thyroid problem.
Well, never did before.
I do not have any allergies that I know of, or suffer from anything but the skin disorder.

Also, whenever I get those bumps, from scratching or whatever. It itches.

And I also have these clusters of bumps. On my belly in the middle abs. Right where your ribs start to part out. They at first, were the same color as my skin. But now they're red, going away I guess. I've been applying some triple anti biotic ointment on it. Just for like two days so far. Seems to be working at getting rid of it. But they're still there. I'd say its about 20 small pimple sized bumps in a small cluster shaped like an oval. The cluster is only about an inch and a half in diameter.
And that's all the info I can think of right now.
So yeah.
If anyone can help, it'd be great, if not, then I thank you for at least reading this post.

I finally remembered to google the ***n thing... so here's what I came up with:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cricopharyngeal_SpasmIt goes by a bunch of other names too, but it is mostly described as a choking sensation in the throat, a pressure, or a lump. Most often it is psychosomatic - that is to say, that what causes it are feelings, situations, or other unpleasant stress situations. In my case, I think it has to do with a slight anxiety I've developed in relation to girls who like/love me... I am having the sensation every time I start worrying that my current relationship may end up like my previous one. :(However, there are ways. It is probably the best if you can talk to your parents, or visit a doctor, and think about what makes you feel uncomfortable (is it shame, worry, fear, sadness, and so on), and then discuss it with someone who understands. I've managed to discover this amazing website:http://www.anxietycoach.com/index.html... and I think I'm gonna try some of the techniques listed there. :) Good luck, no worries, and much love! :)
