Me and my girlfriend are togther for 3 years. None of us had sex with someone else(in our whole life). (At least I am sure I haven't cheated her) One month ago we had sex when she was having her period. 3 weeks later I had few pains when urinating. She tells that she hasn't any pain. My doctor tells me to do some tests but he assumed that i am infected chlamidya.

So my question is is it possible to get infected without having sex with anyone else? For example, from dirty toilets, blood(period) etc...??

Thanks in advance..

  • Listen to your doctor and get tested for STDs. You could have just picked up a harmless bacteria from her, but too, some women don't think their past is any of your business...

  • You can NOT get chlamydia from anything other then intercourse! Get it looked into... Woman can have chlamydia and not even know it. In fact most women don't know they have it and it can cause alot of damage to the reproductive system in women. If your tests come back normal then you know there is nothing for sure.. If they are positive, then she needs to be tested as well and you will need to talk! Good luck...
