Just wanted to know if anyone has experienced anything like this before:

severe chest pain that caused nausea, left arm tingling that waxed and waned for about 3 hours then subsided. Subsequent blood work that demonstrated elevated liver functions and then a subsequent abdominal ultrasound that demonstrated increased liver density. No other real symptoms to speak of except a little chest tightness. I am otherwise healthy, mid 30's. Do not drink, eat a good diet. Recent blood work in November was all totally normal including cholesterol. I had my gallbladder removed several years ago. Waiting on results of hepatitis profile but have absolutely zero risk factors there, had hepatitis B vaccines years ago.
