My mom-in-law passed away on 24 Nov. 2006 after having a silent heart attack. She had an irregular heart beat and lived with it for years. The doctor had some tests done on her and said she must take some heart pills. After taking it for about a month she passed away.
The doctor told my husband they must all get tests done to see if they have inherited the irregular heart beat and are at risk. I would be happy if anyone can send me some information about this disease and what the chances are of him having inherited it. I also have my baby to worry about now. I would also like to know if it's more likely to show up in twins, my mom-in-law was one of twins and somebody elses twin brother died of the same thing.
