For the last 3 years i have been dealing with nausea, burning in my stomach and sever motion sickness. I have been sensitive to almost every scent and everything i that i eat makes me sick. i've been told that i have acid reflux, but ive taken medication for the symptoms and it never changes. i had to cut a lot of foods out of my diet but still nothing helps. im not over weight, ive never had kids and ive never had any kind of serious medical history. i dont get fevers either. when the nausea comes, i get chills and my head and stomach start to hurt. ive looked into the possibility that i mightve had food poisoning at one point, but this has been non stop for 3 years. if i smell perfume i get a headache and the nausea kicks in. if i eat certain foods i feel like im going to die and it gets so bad that i cant sleep. does anyone know what this might be or what could be causing it?

  • It sounds to me like you may be suffering from migraine headaches. Many foods and fragrances can act as triggers for migraines. I would try talking your doctor about possible migraine treatment.
