Can these all be related?

About 4 years ago, I had pain in my abdomen. They found blood in my urine and performed a CT scan, where they found that one kidney was larger than the other and also had a cyst. But there was no treatment, so I blew it off.
2 years ago I was diagnosised with GERD and diverticulitus. Last year, I had trouble with my menstral cycles being really out of whack and I had a bagillion tests, including a transvaginal ultrasound. This came back saying I had some ovarian cysts. This past Friday night I think I experienced my first ever migraine, however it was gone by Saturday afternoon. On Monday both my feet and ankles were swollen and I'm on day four of that, and my legs are starting to swell. I have consistently been gaining wieght for the past 3 years, and I don't go to the gym, but I'm active out in the garden and flowers, yard work, etc.

I can't help but wonder if all of these might be related? Thank you for your time.
