well heres my situation as of today about a year ago i was overweight close to obese i weighed 196 5"7" now i have lost that weight now i weigh 142.2 now im on a six pack quest because i lost pounds and i still have a flabby belly that ABSOLUTELY hate (PS my ribs pop out) i am trying to get muscular im 14 years olds anyway...this is my problem i noticed that when i eat dinner which is usually a medium sized dinner for example i usually always eat a salad,chicken,rice,yogurt and an apple what happens after is i tend to get a round bloated feeling in my abdomen area that will stay on me for about 3-5 hours after eating during that time it could get gassy is this some movement in my intestines? is there a way of relief because its driving me crazy looking in the mirror and seeing A LITTLE POP BELLY THAT I AM tired of seeing every timeReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
