I've been sick since 1991 when my exhusband came home from the gulf war. It started with migrianes, sometimes so bad I would be in bed for a week at a time. I lost a child, had a hysterectomy at 22, gallbladder removed, appendix out, I have severe joint pain, rashes, mouth sores, nausau & bowel problems. I have been diagnosied with strep, lupus, juvinele arthritis & bechetes. I feel it may be gulf war syndrome but the drs won't get close to talking about it. Still, I can't get relief, have lost my job, and am only 33 and to young to feel like I'm 90!

Thank you, Deb:eek:

  • You poor girl! Sounds like your system is too acidic and needs to be balanced out. Stress can trigger things like that and it is easy to remedy. Stop drinking any coffee or soda, only water or herb teas. Eat a yogurt a day for 2 to 3 weeks and a high fiber low protein diet for about that long. You should see results in about 2 weeks. Avoid fast food, frozen or diet foods, because they have too much junk in them like sodium. Eat fresh vegetables, raw or cooked, and fresh fruits whole or juiced. Take a multivitamin/mulitmineral supplement every day or so for the 2-3 weeks. Your stool should become normal, mouth sores and headaches go away, joints feel better and other positive benefits. It can't hurt either like medicines can. Try to relieve any stress too by swimming or walking to get your heart rate up. If you already exercise, do more aerobic than anaerobic so as to not build up toxins in your system. That contributes to an acidic system. Good luck!Kim
