i found this forum doing a google search and seems like the right place to post this.
for the past few years i've been feeling worse and worse. for a good amount of years i've had headaches (on average 2-4 per month). i would on occasion get some pretty bad migranes but usually just headaches. sometimes i would go to sleep with a headache and when i got up i would still have it.
a couple of years ago i noticed i was feeling fatigued most of the time and it's never gotten better. i have a constant feeling of fatigue. it's like when you wake up and you're not feeling that fresh but it lasts like that the whole day - every day.
then i started getting a discomfort in my lower back. it's like a constant pressure and when i try to take a deep breath it feels like i get a shortness of air. that's the best i can describe it.
most recently i've noticed i get cramps on my right side above the waist. it hasn't happened too often but it seems like it's on the rise.
i used to not eat regularly-lots of junk food, smoke, drink, not sleep right and thought that's what it was. i had a constant body weight of around 175 lbs for the past 5 years. now i'm eating healthier, at regular hours, sleeping right, exercising not drinking except on rare occasions. i've also cut my smoking from 1 pack a day to around 3-5 cigarettes.
still feel the same and it's hard to be active and exercise when i feel tired all the time plus the lower back pain is getting worse. any ideas?!
i would really appreciate any help :)
i'm 27 now btw
