I had a dermoid tumor the size of a large grapefruit removed along with my right ovary in 2003. I have in the last 2 months started to have to same symptoms I had before except now I also have extremely painful menstrual cramps where it is hard for me to even get out of bed. Can a dermoid come back? I am scared to death to go to the doctor, I am 32 I have no kids and the surgery was so painful I never want to have to do that again. Any advise if this has happend to anyone else I would love to hear it. I'm going to make an appt with my GYN this week, I'm just scared to go I don't want bad news again.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
