Calf pain... diagnosis needed!!!!

what may be the diagnosis in patient experiencing pain in both calves since last 1 month. A known case of hypertension since last few years. taking aspirin regularly. started taking calcium tab since 1 month... by some clinician for preventing ostioporosis. also taking vit B since past few years. Patient has as such good health n enjoys good mobility with freedom from any other disease... medical or surgical. Pain characteristically appears in morning hours after getting up from bed but gradually goes away as the patient becomes mobile... sometimes tenderness can b elicited in th calf region. PLZ PLZ PLZ..... DO REPLY. THNX. ALSO GUIDE ME WIT MEASURES TO B TAKEN...:(
