Hi all, im so so hoping that someone can help me. I have been suffering with a burning tongue for 1.5 years now. It all started 6 weeks after the birth of my son & 2 days after a trip to the dentist for a emergency filling in my upper left tooth & during a time of extreme panic & stress due to a lump in my breast. The burning is almost constant but i do have pain free days & some times weeks. I find it goes for a month & then comes back. The pain is rarely there in the mornings & gradually gets worse through out the day peaking at night. it is only on the left side of my tongue? It drives me mad & the dentist cant see a reason & the doctor said its BMS. Since i had had this i have developed a anxiety disorder as i cant believe something can be going on for so long & be nothing & thanks to DR google have spent a long time worrying i have MS. I have had full blood counts & iron tests etc but everything was ok. I have been doing a bit more google research & have come across a lot of people suffering with a B12 deficiency. Does this sound like what i have? I just cant spent my life thinking im going to die & i sound nuts going to my doctor all the time xxReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
