i got a kick on my ankle nearly 3 months ago. because of the stiffness and pain decided to rest until new year. since returning to training last week my ankle is was fine whilst playing. it was'nt until the next day when i got out of bad i felt stillness and a burning feeling on my ankle bone. i put it down to not doing anything for a while and it would ease off. but every time i sit down for a while now the pain comes back as soon as i stand on it again. the burning gradually goes but the ache tends to stay. my mate had similar occurance a few years ago and it turned out to be a piece of floating bone. could it be this and should i get an x ray?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
