hi there, i'm a 20 years old female and for about 6-7 months i've been getting strange twitches in my legs, not constant, usually in the evening or when i lie down for a long period of time. recently i started getting burning sensations in both my thighs, usually on the outside. i also get pains along the tops of my legs and lower abdomen. i've been suffering urine infections for the last year and have had all std tests cleared. any ideas of what this could be? my GP doesn't seem to do much except take tests for urine infections.

  • I am 42 with chronic low back pains after disc herniations for a few years.Imaging tests (MRI, CT) showed this and little by little my L5-S1 disk was thinner until recently that L5 and S1 are on each other without any disc in between.I had huge instant pains at the beginning turned into burning pains and going toward my legs with numbness and pains in my feet.I had better situation by everyday activities and exercises , therefore I avoided to have the surgery. However, one surgeon told me that you should be very careful if it affected your bowel movements, it is the non-returnable point. However, recently with longer hours of seating, more work loads and life stresses along with less opportunity for exercise, the pain is back not only in my low back, leg and feet but also I experience killing pains in my stomach. It is like that my bowels are twisting and I feel upset everything I eat.Last week I had no bowel activity for a few days until my pains reduce and I was a little better after a few days of rest.Last night I had enuresis for the first time in my life and I had very nasty pains and I am resting.
