burning feet

when i work for around 7-9 hours a day i feel the buring pain in my feet and slowly the whole leg starts paining and this last for another couple of days if i am not working...please help me how to overcome this problem.

  • get checked for diabetes; but you may be on your feet too long..could be something in your arteries..let a doctor check you out and run some blood work.

  • Also get checked for B12 deficiency. Don't take any B vitamins before you go, very important. Also, even if you are diabetic, doesn't mean you aren't B12 deficient. Ask your primary care for testing for urine MMA (the most sensitive test), homosysteine and serum B12 . There is a huge thread on these forums about b!2 misdiagnosis - burning/cold feet was the final symptom that turned me on to B12.
