Burning Feeling In Feet radiating to Groin

I really can't seem to understand what is taking place in my legs, but somehow, there's this burning feeling radiating in both my feet near my toes, which has been going on for almost a year and a half. My lower legs feels like arthritis with stiffness in my calf muscles and sometimes it feels as though it's travelling up into my groin area. At one time, I felt something travelling down both my legs from my groin area into my feet while I was sleeping, which felt like a mild pain.

My first doctor told me it's a circulation problem and precribed some tablets for me to take (junior aspirin) after meals. I did a doppler test on my legs and everything was fine. My second doctor says it's "Paresthesias", which is a burning, tingling and numbness feeling in the feet and says I should see a neurologist.

Is there anyone outside there with such a feeling that can assist me in my agony? I am willing to try anything that would help.

Could this be a pulled groin muscle, a hernia, or a pinched nerve. I never, ever experienced anything like this living on the earth for 40 years.

Please help? Anyone.
