I have been suffering with breakouts of hives/rash/spots on my forehead and temple area. It would seem to be a reaction to something in my diet. perhaps? I decided to try and find out if I am allergic to any foods so I took an intolerance test. The results of the test show that I am iiintolerant to many things so I am a bit sceptical as to how accurate the rest is. It showed intolerances to Milk Whey, Gluten and Hops among several other things. I wondered if acidity in diet could be a factor. The breakouts come and go frequently. I have a stressful job which could also be a part of the problem? The doctor just gave me a mild steroid cream! I'm 37 years old, fit, active and have no other major health problems.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
