I have had bronze skin on my forearms and hands, shins ankels and feet, and part of my neck for 7 years. I have a blood g/dl of 17.6.
I am completely totally exhausted with no energy whatsoever.
Can anyone help me identify what this is?
Many thanks Vercingetorix.

  • If the bronze skin is all over your body even areas NOT exposed to the sun, this could be a sign of Addison's Disease. The symptoms include the over-all tanning, extreme fatigue, and electrolyte imbalances.

It is especially noticable on the palms of her hands and the bottom of her feet. This discoloration had been noticable since she was an infant. She has been seen by a few doctors none of whom believe it to be anything more than a skin discoloration- nothing to be concerned about! They have done a beliruben test to rule out jaundice (which was not even necessary as her eyes were white.) Possibly related: She was in the hospital this year for hemolytic anemia- which the doctors still have no cause for.
