Body out of control

Obviously I'm new. Glad to have found a message board of this caliber. :)

My body is simply out of control. I've had weight issues all my life and I am completely ruled by my emotions. I am more overweight now than I've ever been in my whole life.

I have suffered from many stress related things over the years and I have also suffered a lot from depression. I am just now coming out of a long dark seven year period of my life and feeling better about life than I have in a long time. However, I have health residules I need to address. In addition to being overweight, I have a bad knee that the doctors can't seem to diagnosis as having anything wrong with it. Been thru the x-rays and the mri, nothing showed. In addition, my weight has caused heel spurs on one of my feet. I have developed psoriasis in the past six months and most recently my blood tests show my cholesterol is up. I NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT EVERYTHING! That's the reason I'm here. I'm looking for answers. At the moment I am most interested in learning more about Leaky Gut and it's relation to autoimmune disorders like psoriasis. And I might add that I prefer a natural approach to dealing with my issues. I look forward to looking around and making some new friends. Thanks.
