Blue toe nail

For the past 7 months I have noticed that one of my toe nails has a blue/gray hue to it. It is not brused/ecchymotic; instead the blue/gray hue covers the entire nail and appears to be on the nailbed. I've checked for capillary refill and although it is hard to tell, I'm pretty sure it is less than 3 seconds. The nail is not thick or painful and I do have full sensation. Any response will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
