Blood in Urine

Hi, I'm a 28 year old femele. I'm also have Cerebral palsy and in a wheelchair. Since I can't go to the bathroom on my own without help transferring, I have trained my body to hold it until someone's around to help. I know it's a bad idea, but with my spasms, it's difficult to get my body to relax and go quickly. On average, I urinate 1 to 2 times a day, once in the morning and once at night when someone's around to wait until I'm done.

Last week I started having trouble holding my bladder. It has happened before, so it's no surprise. I did have a low fever and chills one morning, but thought nothing of it. I was just in the ER 2 months ago for anxiety and they tested for everything and everything was fine. Anyway, last Friday night, blood showed up in my urine. On Sunday, I went to the ER and they said I had Acute cystitis and put me Levaqin. After seeing a urologist on Wednesday, he ordered a CT Scan and blood work. All he found was some cysts on a ovary. It's been 6 days since going to the ER, and I feel worse. I don't know if it if it's the meds or what. I have a low fever again and the urine keeps changing colors. I'm sweating all the time. My mom's waiting for the doctor's office to call back.

Please does anyone have a clue why this is happening?
