Recently, I was on a walk with my boyfriend. We ran into someone we knew, and were standing around talking for a little while. It was a pretty hot, humid day. I remember standing around and then the next thing I know, I'm lying on the ground, sweating pretty bad. Everyone was staring at me with shocked looks on their faces. I blacked out. I didn't faint, I was breathing still and everyone said my eyes were still open, but I do not recall one thing. My mind was just blank. For what they said was around 5 minutes. And my whole body was limp. Apparently, I started tripping around, I couldn't stand up straight without falling into something, like I couldn't keep balanced. My boyfriend tried to help me to sit down, but I apparently looked as though I was about to take a step, so he let me go and I just hit the ground. I was just wondering what someone thought this could be and if it could be serious.
