hi to all...
i know, i know, i know! however, i've been doing this for many years since my chemotherapy in 1992!
i have lateral and medial epicondyle pain, which is severe and now chronic. i haven't gone to my doctor yet and am trying to self-treat at this stage.
and what's worse, i can't stop throwing at the beach: i love it, and i just turned 58! people often ask me if i was a college QB or even pro! i tell them, "thanks for the compliment, but i've just been doing this all year round for years!"
i've been taking regular motrin of 400 mg often to combat the inflammation. i've purchased two different elbow supports w/ little benefit.
besides the obvious of resting for a month or two or three, anyone w/ any elbow brace/support recommendation that really works? also, i'm considering steroid injections very seriously now.
thanks greatly!
