I had herniated disc surgery last year.
I am now on a hardcore muscle-building exercise program.
I hate to see how people are herded into unnecessary surgery and told that hardcore workout is bad for them.
I have the best fitness gurus and I have done the research.
I wrote my story in my blog.
I really hope it can help some people.
GOODBYE SURGEON, Hello fitness guru
