I have acute back pain responding briefly to untispasmodics. Pain is mostly mid spine deviating towards upper left flank. Its worse when I move or lie flat.Had laminectomy doen 14yrs ago.Back was fine until 3/12 ago when this pain started.I wonder if any surrounding pathologies in the abdomial cavity can cause this acute pain.

  • Could be H pylori. This sometimes causes referred pain in the mid back between the shoulder blades. I recommend acupuncture to help you with your pain. To find one near you please visit www.acufinder.com and type in your zip code. Please give this a try. You have nothing to lose except your pain!DOM
