I have started taking Methyl B-12 sublingual, but I am unsure if I am following the correct protocol. I have split a 5000mcg tablet into 8 pieces to use over the day - trying to keep in oral cavity at least 1 hr
(this is day #2). When should I increase the dose? I have ordered the other supplements you mentioned - can I just start them when I receive them?
