Hi Can you help me? I am having a hard time making doctors believe that I have a b12 defieincy. I think I had a b12 crash in late March with dizziness poor vision trembling hands high heart rate headache cold fingers. I started taking the Jarrows 5mg sublingual and the dizziness headache high heart rate has disappeared. I am left with fatigue, trembling fingers ( every one in awhile ) sticky mucous in my mouth bleeding gums . since doctors don't believe me ( since I started supplementing), can you help me ? How much b12 do I need to equal an injection ? I added some cofactors ( Ad b12 B right fish oil vitamin A vitamin C vitamin E Zinc Calcium and magnesium just last friday). What am I missing ? Will treating yourself orally even resolve the leftover symptons? from your experinece what is the time frame ? Had anyone had any luck just using oral sublinguals ? Do I need to up my B12 ?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
