i had been experiencing some tingling in my hands and feet along with fatigue. so i went to the doc and when the bloodwork came back everything was within normal range except my b12 was a little low. when I read about the symptoms of a b12 deficiency they match my symptoms somewhat but i'm not sure if i'm just getting ideas in my head or if this is really the cause. I am still experiencing fatigue, occasional dizziness, loss of appetite and now diarrhea. I was told by a different doc that my b12 is not too low because it is above 200! but what is considered too low. mine is 297. is that low enough to produce these symptoms?? i eat eggs everyday and swiss cheese and yogurt often enough that I would think I would be getting the adequate daily intake of b12. now i have to wait and see if the b12 injection plus the supplements i was told to take work for me but my doc said 2 months!! I cant wait that long and the other doc I saw said that if symptoms do not improve in a few days to go to the ER!!! i'm very confused and kinda scared. can someone offer a word of advice?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
