B12 allergy

I have pernicious anemia. I've been on injections for two months and supplement with oral on days I don't get injections. I've been suffering from diarrhea. I have lost some of the numbness/tingling symptoms, but not many of the others. Is it possible to be allergic to the B12 injections themselves? Perhaps the preservatives that are along with the B12? My Pharmacist can't get the more natural B12, only the Cyano (he said the other B12 isn't stable for more than a few days).
What does anyone think?

Many of those people use methylcobalamin by shot. It has to be kept in the frige and away from light. They keep it for the necessary amount of time. Your body does not use cyanocobalamin, it uses METHYLcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. Many people cannot convert cyanocobalamin to the active form and many cannot convert it efficiently. I would not use it. You can try Jarrow methylcobalamin sublinguals. You do your best to keep them under your tongue as long as possible because the slower they melt the more B12 is delivered. The brand is important because other brands fall apart all at once and so deliver about 1% of the B12. Seriously go to that topic. METHYLcobalamin is the kind you need.
