Hi there,

I am 32 years old and I really have some worries about my personal health system and I was wondering if you please could give me any advice. It started like 5 months ago since i began to have difficulties sleeping well and i also had breathing difficulties during the Day and Night. I went to the doctor to make a check up and everything was fine except for the blood pressure which was too high (154/101). I also had other symptoms like nausea, dizziness and also lack of concentration at work. I must admit i am a bit overweighted at 117kg with an height of 1.85m. I also used to smoke for 7 years and i only quit smoking in December 07. I drink occassionaly red wine and sometimes a glass of beer (as this supposed to be healthy!). I am trying to keep myself very healthy now, I eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables and not anymore fast food as I was used to. I also do 3-4 times per week fast walking just to keep myself healthy with some excercise and my aim is also to lose weight and bring it to a balance with my height. Do you have any advice for me there, please?
