Amnesitic Disorder: forgot all number related things

Hi. My name is BiBi, my 3rd aunt recently suddenly forgot anything and everything related to numbers. What do you think it is? Please give me any information on the cause/effect/therapy for amnesia on numbers.

Her friend told her that she might have lack of air in her brain. We are taking her to doctors, but I heard that there are many wrong diagnosis. So I just want to hear more people and professionals' suggestions.
