Hello,
For the past 3 months I have foamy urine, test came back negative for protein. I have a hard time concentrating and very fidgity. I have 2 herniated disk in lumbar and 1 in neck. I currently take cymbalta, hydrocodone and requip. I feel like a confused pharmacy. I am constantly constipated and unmotivated. I cannot fall asleep easily, so I often take non-habit forming sleep aid pills with the requip. There has been a lot of family illness stress with my daughters and I own a small business. I feel that I am experiencing side effects of meds treating side effects. I have had 4 steriod injections in the past 5 months (1 neck, 3 lumbar). Constant headaches from neck disk or whatever. i have muscle spasms in my legs and always have to be moving them. I really don't think there is something out there that actually covers all of these symptoms. My daughter has epilepsy, her diagnosis is a genetic defect in a sodium diavent (lack of sodium transferred in the brain that causes her small seizures)...HELP ME if you CAN!

Hi Socket, Come on over to the b12 forum, http://forums.wrongdiagnosis.com/showthread.php?t=9948&page=141, and check out the symptoms list. Lots of shifting symptoms is a characteristic of b12 deficiencies. Somebody not to long ago was talking about foamy urine. I don't know it it will help but it might help normalize your sleep and reduce your neurological pains and spasms.
