Dear Sir

My wife is suffering from tooth pain from June 2009. We have approach many dentist / doctor/ oral surgeon etc. some how she could not get any relief till now. She also has used Night Guard for a period of One year but no almost no relief . She is feeling typical type of pain / burning on left cheek, burning in all gums(but intensity is more in the left side),besidepain in the two teeth left side (upper and lower). This pain (kind of a pressure feeling) continue all the time. However she feels no pains when she eats.

we have also consulted Neurologist / Neurosurgeon and ENT specialits for this problem on recommendation of dentists but no avail.

We are attaching here with the copy of summary report on treatment made by one of the doctor. This will may be of some help to you.

We are very much depressed because of no solution we could get despite of all possible efforts and treatment now I got reference and with the hope that you may be of help to us in this case so that my wife can get relief from this pain.

Hence we are now sending this mail to you and look forward to have your advice in this matter. If required we can visit your clinic for treatment.
