Abdominal tenderness

Not sure why but if I lean up against a counter or press lightly in the center of my abdomen (about 2 inches below the ribcage and 3-4 inches above navel) I get an extreme sharp internal pain-it almost feels like someone is cutting me real deep. The pain last a few seconds and goes away. No pain or discomfort any other time except when any pressure is applied to that spot. Does anyone have idea what this could be?!!
