I have had IBS symtoms for years. I was first diagnosed with lactose intolerance. I had my (poorly functioning) gallbladder removed, no stones. I have had colonoscopies, and CT scans. Now I have horrible pains in my upper left quadrant, feels like someone inserting their hand inside my body. I also have swelling of my left supraclavicular lymph node.
