Abdominal Injury/Gall bladder Surgery

I am a 60 year old male. 10 Years ago I had my gall bladder removed. About 1 year later I was working out in the Gym. I felt a pain in my abdominal (upper left). I felt like I was going to pass out and had what I call a hang over for about 2 weeks.
I think the weightlifting belt may have caused abdominal pressures and causing some problems in that area. I have noticed that some of the clamps they used for the gall bladder surgery has come loose and floating around in my abdominal cavity.
It has gotten to the point that I can not do any lifting or hard work without feeling bad the next day. (hang over). I have a diastasis recti and Dr's say that will not cause my problem but they can not help me. They all want to do a CT Scan....I have had 2 and no luck.
Can anyone help me?
