Hello. If anyone has any thoughts on this, It would be very helpul. Thanks !
I am a 22 year old female and am experiencing joint pain. For the last ten days I have had joint pain in my hands, feet and knees. For the last three days, the pain has spread to my wrists and arms. For the last two days, I have noticed a sharp muscular pain in my arms ( particularly on the right hand side).
My mother was diagnosed with fibromyalgia two years ago. I understand that this condition can be passed through the genes and is more common in women.
I thought that maybe I had a lack of vitamins in my system. On Monday, I started taking Vitamin B, Potassium and Zinc. I also started to drink milk for calcium.
Could this be a possible case of fibromyalgia? I feel like I am too young to be experiencing these joint pains. Does anyone have any suugestions to what this might be?
