Hello. If anyone has thoughts on this please let me know. Thank you !

For the past ten days, I have had joint pain in my hands, feet and knees For the past three days, the pain has spread to the bones in my arms too.(particularly my right side). Since the pain has gone to my arms, I have noticed a sharp muscular pain on the right side.

This pain isn't constant. I thought that maybe I had a lack of vitamins in my system. On Monday, I started taking Vitamin D, Zinc and Pottasium. I have also started to drink milk for calcium. My eating habits and generally good as I eat vegetables, fruit and meat everyday.

I am not on any medication at the moment and I haven't had injuries before. I understand that these can both contribute towards my condition.

My mother has fibroymalgia. I know that this can be passed on through the genes and that it is more common in women. I just feel like I am too young to be having these joint pains. Could this be the start of fibroymalgia? Any other suggestions?
