after reading these posts here, & AFTER being told by a few lawyers that i have no case because your injury has to: be PERMANENT or cause DEATH...... i wonder if i should do my OWN RESEARCH on this...so MANY of you out here have RESEARCHED your situation & have found CURES to your medical problems (like i did with my medical problems), it makes me WONDER if i COULD SUE if i kept at it??.......hmmmmm...........

just a thought for ANYONE who has been told (like me) that you dont have a case!!

  • Just curious what you thought you had a case for, that a lawyer didn't. What was the explanation given?

  • That's really strange. If you had an injury that caused you pain you might want to speak to a different lawyer. Even if you're recovering from it it's still an injury. You might want to explain your story to see if others have an opinion or similar situation.

  • I tried to sue after a misdiagnosis of breast cancer. The radiologist said it was a cyst so my dr took his word for it but I kept coming back telling my dr it didn't act like a cyst, from Feb thru Jun, I finally went to my daughter's dr and was quickly diagnosed with agressive breast cancer and had to have a mastectomy. If I had followed my dr.'s advice, to return next Feb for my annual breast exam, I would be dead. I took my case to 3 different lawyers. The first 2 just dismissed it the 3rd one held onto it until it was to late to go to anyone else ( you have 3 years) and said it was only misdiagnosed for 6 mons, and that wasn't long enough. I guess I should have waited till I was dead. So that's my story.
